This page explains what information Naura collects when you visit naura-official.com or use the Naura platform as a salon partner. We try to keep the surface area as small as possible.

What we collect on this website

When you submit the contact form on this site we receive the name, salon name, email address, and message you sent. We use this only to reply to you and to follow up about a potential Naura subscription.

We don’t use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this marketing site. We don’t set non-essential cookies.

Data on the Naura platform

If your salon uses Naura, the data your clients enter (bookings, profiles, payments) is hosted in regional infrastructure and isolated per salon. We do not share your client data with other salons on the platform.

What the Naura mobile app collects

When you use the Naura customer app, we collect the information needed to run your account and bookings:

• Account details: your name, email address, and phone number, used to create and manage your account and to confirm appointments.
• Photos: images you choose to upload, such as a profile picture, saved nail designs, or a photo of your hand for the virtual try-on feature. See “AI nail try-on and model improvement” below for how try-on images are used.
• Location: if you grant permission, your approximate location is used to show salons near you. You can use the app without granting location access.
• App activity: your bookings, wishlist, and in-app actions, used to provide the service and improve it.
• Diagnostics: crash and performance data, processed on our behalf by Sentry, used only to keep the app stable. We do not use advertising trackers.

We do not sell your personal data. App data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). You can review your information and permanently delete your account at any time from inside the app (Profile, then Delete account), or by emailing hello@naura-official.com.

AI nail try-on and model improvement

When you use the AI nail try-on, the photo you upload (such as a photo of your hand), the design you choose, and the generated preview are stored and used to operate, train, and improve our try-on technology and AI models. By creating an account you agree to this use. This data is linked to your account, is never used to track you, is never sold, and is not shared with other users or advertisers. It is stored with our media provider (Cloudinary), kept while your account is active, and deleted when you delete your account. To request deletion sooner, email azd@naura-official.com.

How long we keep things

Contact-form messages are kept in our inbox for as long as the conversation is active and deleted on request. Platform data is kept for the lifetime of your subscription plus 90 days for recovery, then permanently deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete any contact-form correspondence by emailing hello@naura-official.com. Salons can export and delete their platform data on request.
